The challenge
Zombie Life, the July 2015 Minecraft Hardcore Challenge, asked players to live like zombies. Eat only zombie flesh. Kill villagers. Craft only wooden things. Break only dirt, gravel, sand and coal ore. The end goal was to fix up the town the players had wrecked at the start.
Basket plays with a small team. Host Michael Deering's standard rules also applied, including no harming passive mobs, no sleeping in beds to skip the night and everything on camera at normal speed, in hardcore mode on Minecraft 1.8.6. The five episodes went up between July 3 and July 17, 2015.
