The season
Season 8 ran on Minecraft 1.8.1, on UHC difficulty, hosted by GopherCraft and run by Scoti Garbidis. Seven teams fought it out inside a world border that shrank over three hours until everyone was pushed into a 200 by 200 area at the center.
Basket's team was Team Citrus Sensation, the orange team. Seven episodes went up between March 1 and March 13, 2015.

How it ended for Basket
Team Citrus Sensation made it to the last stage of the match with all three players. In Episode 7, out on the flower plains near spawn, Shaman_ took out pikerize and PsychoSFK, Basket took out Shaman_ with the sword named FIRE!!!!, and then rePeteGG slew Basket. The match was still going, and Episode 7 does not show who won.
