The title card reads "S1E20," with the episode name "Creeper Water Park" under it. Basket starts on the roof of the spawner building cleared back in episodes 15 and 16, and it has a name now: "it's now named the creeper water park." This one is a solo episode. cainadai logs on and off in the chat, but no other player shows up in the building.
Down the ladder
The stairs are gone, swapped for a ladder, and the spawner boxes are glass instead of cobblestone, so the way down is a long look at "the craziness from the ladder view." Almost everything is done. "All the spawners are all hooked up except for that one over there." Hooking that last one in is the plan for the episode.
Where the gunpowder comes from
Creepers from spawners all over the building end up in one room, "have a whole pool party down there," then ride a long water elevator up, "like 30 blocks or so." They drop onto a half slab, die, and a hopper collects what they leave. A large chest already holds a lot of gunpowder. The creepers aren't used for XP, "just because they're kind of a dangerous thing to mess around with."
It isn't efficient. The room fills with creepers, and the spawner beside it makes fewer because of it. Basket isn't worried: "I'm not going to need this much gunpowder."
The zombie side
The zombies go to a separate spot, with a sweet spot to stand in where the most spawners switch on. The iron bars are now glass "so that way you can see everything better." Hoppers and a sorting system are for later. Overhead sit an enchanting table, chests, a crafting bench, a brewing stand and water for brewing.
The zombies cause most of the trouble. Some wander off ("I don't really know how he got there"), and the water elevator only takes one at a time, so they "kind of have to bump each other" to get in. There's no real off switch yet. A cobblestone block in one spot makes them drown before they reach the top, and a skylight opened by pistons is an idea for later.
The last creeper spawner
The last creeper spawner sits beside a zombie room and a zombie spawner whose output "is not blocked off from this side." Basket adds a little light, "sort of accent lighting," and starts building glass walls so water will push the creepers into a corner and up into the main creeper chamber. Working with an item named "Glass Breaker" and only three water buckets, Basket sets up an infinite spring first.
Creepers keep spawning close. "I'd rather fall than have him blow up my face." Then a zombie gets onto the platform, and the worry is being knocked off, until Basket switches to the bow: "Oh I can shoot him, duh. Problem solved." Signs hold the water back where it needs to stop. "This project grew in scope as I worked on it more."
Moment of truth
Before opening it up, Basket swims the current to test it: "Okay, so I'm a creeper, I'm a creeper." Then the blocks come out, and from the top a creeper drops right in. "That guy is now in the regular water current." A torch goes in one dark corner, and the ladder down below becomes "my emergency human escape route."
Back in the main chamber, a Splash Potion of Healing thrown at some glitching zombies doesn't finish them all. From the sweet spot, the spawners start up. "So yeah, this is the creeper water park." Collection for the zombies and a fix for their flow are still to do, maybe an anvil too, if there's iron for it. The end card runs over the last few seconds, with no gameplay after it.
