Back to Intersection 2

A large chest filled with dozens of stacked potions and a golden apple, above an inventory of gear and potions

Chat reads "BasketMC Teleporting to: Intersection 2," and Basket climbs a long wooden ladder shaft. One of them admits the break shows: "I'm so lost, it's been a while guys, we're a little rusty here."

The jungle beyond is all platforms. "Why are we purple here?" "This is the jumpy speed kill." Basket's inventory later shows Speed and Jump Boost IV running. The jumping works against them as often as for them. "These are jump-tastic jumpies."

Spawners and a flaming sword

One of them spots trouble below: "There's a bunch of spawners down here." Then "Whoa! Skeleton!" Then fire: "I'm on fire!" and "I have half a heart." Basket has the Magma Blade in hand, and a flaming sword gets a happy rediscovery. "Oh I have a flaming sword! When did I get a flaming sword?" "From the death chest." One of them clears a couple of spawners "just to be a little safer," and the two meet up again. "Together again!"

Who agro'd the Enderman

One of them points out "a ladder going through some glass," and the Enderman isn't far off. The plan: "I'm gonna build us a little enderman shelf here." Then the theory gets tested. "If we shoot him with a bow they reset their agro, right?" A little later: "If you treat him with a bow it does not reset their agro."

Chat reads "Scoti_Garbidis fell from a high place," and the sidebar moves Scoti to 87, with an Enderman standing at the edge of the floor. "All my potions are down here, go get them." One of them turns it into a song: "At first I was afraid, and then I died."

The quest for Scoti's stuff

Getting the stuff back means going down into a crowd. "They're wearing my gear." "What a jerk." Bit by bit it comes back: "I got all my potions, sweet. I got my good bow." A dropped chain helmet is judged "non-magical," and a chestplate gets a better review: "Protection, Unbreaking, that's totally better than what I have."

Creepers from below

The next stretch of jungle is full of creepers. "There's a creeper right below me. It's gonna make more creepers!" The reason turns up underfoot: "I'm standing over a spawner right now." There's a witch too ("She missed me"), and a second creeper spawner: "I'm gonna try to get this one over here." Basket keeps a Splash Potion of Healing close at hand.

One of them sizes up the area ahead: "Looks like there's spawners up high, so you can't jump too high." The episode wraps in a mossy stone room with a chest.

The sidebar opens at Scoti_Garbidis 86 and BasketMC 61 and closes at 87 and 61, with one death this episode: Scoti's fall. The monument isn't shown, so the count stays at 6 of 16 wools and 3 of 16 emerald blocks.
