Team B.S. starts this one picking up the pieces in the Reptilian Stronghold. Scoti has already made one trip back for their things: "I already made one run in there to try and get our stuff. I'm gonna make a second one." The deaths sidebar opens at Scoti_Garbidis 97 and BasketMC 76.
Going back for the gear
Not much is left. "Is all of our stuff gone?" "I lost my sweet bow dude." "Man, we're losing so much good gear." One of them describes towering up a building and finding "this huge hole in it," adding, "Yeah, that's how I died."
Basket pillars up through the mossy stone while one of them warns about "lots of silverfish loose." The going is slow, and Scoti's second run goes no better. Chat reads "Scoti_Garbidis was slain by Reptilian Warrior," and a couple of minutes later "Scoti_Garbidis was slain by Reptilian Commander." The sidebar ticks Scoti_Garbidis up to 99.
Chat shows "Scoti_Garbidis Teleporting to: Intersection 2," and the mood drops. "There's nothing in the death chest, man. This might be the end of our recording session."
The tower in the very back
It isn't the end. A chest turns up "a bunch of random stuff," and one of them thinks they've spotted where the wool must be: "It's the tower with a big creeper face on it. In the very back." Their danger chest gives them potatoes, arrows and torches, and some good news: "The sharpness sword, hey, it survived."
Getting there means building out across open air. The plan: "one person bridge, one person shoots." The other gets a reminder to "do the safety bars." Basket's screen shows a line of red clay reaching out over the dark cavern, with walkways and torches far below.
Then a glimpse through glass. "You can see the glass, I could see some in there." "No, that is where it is. Okay, we're getting it this episode." The instruction for the runner: "Even if you hear the ghast, just keep going and try and get into that building."
Not the wool
They get inside, and the spawner in the corner goes out. Basket opens the chest, and it holds four creeper spawn eggs set around a helmet: the Reptilian Battlemask, with Protection III, Blast Protection II and +2 Attack Damage, marked "Legendary Magic Item."
It's a good find, but it's not what they came for. "Alright, so this isn't where it was."
Bridge to Bummerville
They try the floor below, blocking doorways with the last of their black stained clay, but "that doorway down there is just full of nasties, man." There's no pickaxe to spare and no cobblestone to make one. One of them suggests bridging. "Bridge to what?" "I don't know. Bridge to nowhere. Bummerville, bridge to Bummerville." "Welcome to Bummerville, population 2."
They settle on going back to "regroup and go approach it from a different angle," and sign off.
One more after the credits
A short clip runs after the credits. They are back to bridging, and Basket dies. Chat reads "BasketMC was slain by Reptilian Warrior."
The sidebar opens at Scoti_Garbidis 97 and BasketMC 76 and closes at 99 and 77: two deaths for Scoti and one for Basket. The monument isn't shown this time, so wools stay at 7 of 16 and emerald blocks at 4 of 16.
