Episode 100 was recorded live, and the title card says so: "Livestream Special." The deaths sidebar opens at Scoti_Garbidis 127 and BasketMC 97. Team B.S. picks up in the Trinity Caves, though first they have to remember which way they were going. "Crumbling Abyss isn't right, is it?" After some back and forth, the chat shows both of them teleporting to the Trinity Caves, and the plan is to "continue down through the awfulness down the path where the towers are."
Melvin's house
The towers are as bad as promised, with burning mobs and TNT all over. "We need to not take out the towers, let's just run for it." Past a lava field they find a glassed-in building with a villager inside, and one of them warns the other off: "Don't touch anything in this place." Down below sits a command block and a redstone clock that one of them thinks is a trap.
The villager is Melvin, and the trade window spells out the deal. Jacob's Name Tag, a quest item, buys emeralds. Twelve iron ingots buy a diamond. An iron sword plus a stack of something buys Demonslayer, a sword with Sharpness III, Smite I and +6 Attack Damage.
Jacob comes back
Then the room changes. "I think I messed something up," one of them says, "because now Jacob is in there." The chat fills in the story: "You found my son's name tag. Thank you!" Then "Now I can perform my ritual and bring him back," and "My son! You are back! Come and give your dad a hug!" The last line is "Oh no, what are you doing? Stop chewing on my ear!"
A zombie wearing the name Jacob now stands next to Melvin. A book from the chest tells the backstory. Jacob went to mine redstone at the bottom of a lake near a sunken colony and never came back, and the father knows "an ancient ritual that can bring him back to life." The ending skipped a step, though. "We didn't actually get the gems."
Potions and the final intersection
A chest nearby holds a Potion of Annihilation, which combines Slowness, Wither and Invisibility with "-105% Speed." "That's not very good." Up a set of stairs they reach a sign reading "Intersection III," and the objective they read out next says the blue wool sits in a vault, "the only way to get in is to activate all six of the arcane keys." Another sign welcomes them to "the final intersection" and lists a recommended order of areas to try.
One of them does the wool math. "For some reason, I'm thinking we need six and not five."
Back down into the caves
The chat shows "BasketMC Teleporting to: The Nexus," where Basket drops off iron and grabs more potatoes, and then Scoti heads to Intersection 3. From there it's back into the Trinity Caves to look for the wool they think they missed. The lag gets heavy ("these monsters are all lagged out"), and the caves are full of creepers and TNT. The episode ends with an Invulnerable Creeper right in Basket's face and a plan to climb out through the water. Nothing plays after the credits.
The sidebar closes where it opened, at Scoti_Garbidis 127 and BasketMC 97. Nobody dies. No wool, emerald blocks or upgrade blocks are placed.
