"Where'd you die?" "Over by the entrance to the quarry." The episode opens on the run back to the dropped gear, with the death counter at Scoti 65, Basket 53. It still reads that at the end.
Creeper spawners at the quarry
The quarry entrance is busy. There's a creeper spawner right there, then more, and they're fast: the creepers "blow up right away." One of them has "learned my lesson" and points out "I've got 12 more deaths than you right now," which the 65 to 53 on the counter backs up. A blaze spawner sits across the way, zombies and a witch join in, and a zombie riding a chicken shows up too. Gear starts wearing out ("my pants are about to break"), so Basket hides by a wall and fixes armor at an anvil. Meanwhile three more spawners go down.
The Disintegrator
Basket's inventory gains a new pick, the Disintegrator, with a joke built into the tooltip. "Fun fact, 90 percent of Minecraft players cannot tell the difference between six and four." "Well, I told the difference."
The quarry's switch sits by some glowstone and slabs. They suspect "that may all be rigged to blow," so one of them grabs cobblestone to build a bridge rather than run through the slow ground. Creepers keep dropping from the ceiling. Then the chat line comes up, and one of them cheers: "Yay, I've destroyed the quarry."
Inventory break, then the food storage
Near the wheat field they put down a drop-off chest and fill it fast: "it's the exciting inventory sorting episode." There are charged creepers in the wheat, so they hug the right side on the way past. A sword is close to breaking, and the torches run out.
The food storage is next on the list, and "we have to blow up the food storage." "Shoot your flambo," one of them says, and soon the chat reads "You have destroyed the food storage." They poke through the side rooms afterward. One has witches, one has watermelon, and none of them has a chest.
Defusing the aqueduct chest
That leaves one unopened chest at the end of the aqueduct, and it's trapped. Water pushes them along the tunnel, so one of them takes out the source block. Next to the chest is TNT, with two wooden pressure plates that make it harder to disarm. The plan is to let the TNT drop into water so it won't break the blocks around it. "Cut the blue wire, man."
They count to three, open it and run. "I got the diamond helmet!" Scoti comes out holding it. Afterward they argue about the water plan, because falling TNT might have blocked the water before the bottom blocks were covered.
Wrapping up
"I think this is it. This is the end." Nobody died on camera. Two more of Janus's targets are gone, leaving the coal mines. The monument isn't shown, so it stays at 9 of 16 crystals and 6 of 12 emerald blocks.
