Loose ends

Before going through the gate, they tidy up. There's talk that this might be the first time they fight an Ender Dragon outside regular Minecraft. "I think it's gonna be a legit dragon, and it's gonna breathe fire." They've also lost a water bucket somewhere.

A key is hanging out in the open. "Is it number five? Ah, six." That causes some worry about whether the sixth key got blown up earlier and they grabbed a different one by accident. Later one of them finds another in a building. "What number is it?" "Six." It comes back to base "just in case." "So now we have all the keys."

Along the way one of them falls into lava, survives on a ledge, and digs back up, though some lapis and maybe a diamond are lost. A gas spawner sitting right on top of an old building gets taken out.

Story time

The realm has its own lore room. The first sign reads "You stand before Vhisarions realm. All hail our mighty master!" A legend sign warns that "Vhisarion's fire burns so hot" that neither magic "nor potions offer full protection," and "as your flesh burns, your soul will WITHER away." So fire resistance helps, but there's wither on top.

Wall signs headed "Oath of the Elder Warlocks", including "We live to serve Vhisarion, our mighty master." and "He who drowns the world in fire, he whose mercy kept us alive."

Then comes the "Oath of the Elder Warlocks": "We live to serve Vhisarion, our mighty master." Reading it out loud gets a reply: "You just said it out loud, that means you're now an elder warlock." A hint, read aloud, says each Elder Warlock gives the dragon extra regeneration and resistance, and to keep particles on so the Elder Warlocks can be spotted from a distance.

Prepare for battle

A super jump boost sends them up. "I always get so nervous about boss fights." They drop spare gear in a chest first. At the top, the title fills the screen.

The arena is lava, fire and skeletons, with small covered shrines that hand out speed and strength. Hitting the dragon is hard. "I haven't tried to shoot him. I don't know that I've hit him yet." For a while nobody can find anyone labeled as a warlock.

Elder Warlocks

Then chat answers the question. "An Elder Warlock has spawned." "I'm here to serve you, my master!" It's easy to spot once it shows up. "He has a big, huge pillar of stuff." About a minute later, that one is down. "Warlock is dead."

They keep coming, though. "Stop spawning him, guys." At one point a Guardian Angel effect kicks in from armor, giving a moment of Absorption. One of them lands a hit on the dragon: "Did he take damage?" "Yeah."

Three deaths

It goes wrong in the last few minutes. "Scoti_Garbidis was shot by Skeleton." Then, on Basket's screen, "BasketMC was slain by Cursed Bones." "I wonder why I died so fast." Shortly after: "Scoti_Garbidis withered away." "My stuff is probably, I mean some of it's in the fire probably."

They grab spare swords, bows and armor from the chests and get ready to go back in. "All right, let's go murder some fools."

This episode's deaths: Scoti 2, Basket 1. The counter ends at Scoti 104, Basket 76. The monument isn't shown, so the totals carry over: 14 of 16 crystals and 10 of 12 emerald blocks.
