The water bucket plan is working. They're further into the lava cave and nothing is coming at them, which feels good for about a minute.
The good stuff
They keep pouring water and walking on the obsidian it leaves. You can't water right up to the edge or you might break it. There's iron on the wall, and a hole in the ceiling with redstone light coming out of it. One of them pokes at something and the other accuses him of activating it. He's going to throw him in the lava.
Scoti did bring the diamond pick, and all the diamond stuff they had. If those diamonds upstairs are actually reachable, that's fine, they can get lots more. If the gear blows up, that's all they have. There are more spires way off in the distance, so they keep watering toward them. They might miss some emeralds, but they don't care about that anymore. One of them says that from now on he'll just always hold the good stuff and nothing bad will happen. The lighting is eyeballed, like a true craftsman.
Oh no you don't
Kamikaze creepers drop from above, and there are lots of spawners. Then a bunch of TNT goes off. Ghasts, a poison spider, a couple of blazes. One of them uses the other as a human shield. Their theory is that this was the map telling them not to dare cross the lava all the way. That was renderXR saying, oh no you don't.
Diamonds, the song
They make landfall anyway. There's a ghast spawner on top of a pillar, charged creepers below, and the charged creepers have fire resistance. One of them is very glad he shot the other just then. Then a little song breaks out: getting all them diamonds, charged creeper spawner down, blaze spawner down. Poison spiders are hiding under the emeralds. Look at all these emeralds.
Along the edge there's sand, which is pretty cool, and a baby zombie who runs away and then comes back for more. The next explosion is like being in a car accident. The chat says now it's a party, and later, that's what you get for being cheaty. The spawners here seem to be on a delay. They take a while to charge up, and then they declare war on you.
A cage in the sky
On the next stretch of land, creepers come over the hill and one of them ends up in a hole. There's a blaze spawner in it, and an emerald, which they decide to ignore. Then "I need your help," followed by eating chicken until he lives. There are so many skeletons. A skeleton spawner sits under some iron, and the blaze spawner down by the shore gets taken out.
Then the wool, or what one of them thinks is the wool. It's a cage up in the air on the other side of the whole place from where they started, with iron around it, a sea lantern inside, and a bunch of spawners hanging by it. The other doesn't think it looks like a wool box. It's how the other ones looked too, comes the reply. They head for the lit-up sand, and agree they should have come here first.
