Still winning

It starts with a quick inventory check. "You got the wool?" "I do have the wool." The coal blocks are gone, and so is an iron sword one of them had been using. Somebody gets shot by a skeleton "way over there."

Then the death count comes up. One of them is "still winning," which turns out to mean more deaths. "15, that's not bad for me. Halfway through." Going up the vines, a creeper explosion knocks one of them off the tree. They survive it with about a heart left, and there's a chest underneath with armor in it.

Bridging to the tree house

From up high they can see it: the big tree they walked past earlier has a whole island on top, with a house and a window with fences. One of them has plenty of blocks, so they bridge over. "Let me know when you run out of blocks." There are trees even higher than that one. "This is a really big area."

Inside it's lit, which helps. There's a spawner in there, zombie or skeleton, and one of them goes over to the corner to deal with it. "Spawner down. Skeleton dead." One of them admits that backwards furnaces make them nervous, because you can't tell what's going on in there. A path from here turns out to be a shortcut back to the beginning, found "on one of my many death runs."

The secret behind the waterfall

Before leaving, they check the other corners. The waterfall is hollow, and there's something hanging in it. "There's a secret." Behind it is iron, then an iron block, then a whole hidden area with plain zombie spawners and a chest. In it: an enchanted iron axe (Fortune II and Unbreaking I among the enchantments) and two golden apples.

"Again, the role reversal continues. You're dying. I'm finding."

Chests all through the treetops

Next they bridge to another tree ("a horizontal pillar"), passing a boat one of them left down below. This one is set up like you're meant to walk around in it. They split up, lose track of which tree the other is in ("It's all one tree"), and start making torches. Lighting up the treetop beats walking on the ground.

The chests come one after another. One is full of enchanted books, and it's lucky somebody handed out blocks earlier, because now there's room to carry them. There are three chests in this part of the tree, one in each direction. One holds three ender pearls ("Is that a hint?"), and another has a set of chain armor. Then one of them steps off the edge. "I just fell." Water at the bottom saves them.

Yellow, finally

A route through the trees leads back to the start, where they decide to drop everything off. Nobody has found an emerald in this level yet. "This is gonna be one of those levels where it's awful." They'd burn the forest down if they could, but there's only one flint and steel, with one use left.

Back at the monument, the yellow wool goes onto its pedestal. Before they sign off, the orange wool comes up too. "I get to put that one down."
