The Hypermine Patrons UHC pairs Hypermine members with their patrons, or with fellow patrons of the same creator, and only one pair can win. The title card reads "Hypermine Patrons UHC Season 1, Episode 8." Basket and johnfal_92 are underground with the other orange pair, Scoti_Garbidis and JJBonsig, and the plan from last time was a pack of tame wolves.
No more wolves
The wolves don't make it. Early on, Scoti_Garbidis whispers to Basket: "all dogs died. they were on a skelly and i opened up wall to a ravine". On the call, someone sums it up: the advantage is gone. Meanwhile Geosquare asks in chat, "is there gonna be a perma day," and Basket answers, "no."
Digging up from below
So it comes down to tunnels. Basket digs a staircase up through dirt and stone toward the base above them, stopping to check the surface, with johnfal_92 close behind and Scoti_Garbidis and JJBonsig somewhere nearby. With no team chat between the two pairs, nobody can plan much together. In chat, players who are already out start to notice. WowoTabernak writes "dont destroy the house!!" and MrDaeker adds "No griefing."
The fight
Then the two sides break into each other underground. Lava goes down, Scoti_Garbidis's nameplate shows up in the middle of flames, and chat fills fast:
- "Scoti_Garbidis was slain by N7DeltaForce"
- "JJBonsig was burnt to a crisp whilst fighting N7DeltaForce"
- "N7DeltaForce was slain by BasketMC using [Scoti's Lair]"
- "Zaziggi burned to death"
Basket eats a golden apple and keeps fighting. Then chat reads "johnfal_92 was shot by Kasper_," and seconds later Basket's screen turns red: "BasketMC was slain by Kasper_." Team Keen is out of the match, and Basket's game switches to spectator mode.
The graves
Spectating, Basket floats over the hill. There is a row of dirt graves with signs now, one of them for N7DeltaForce, and the players who are out stand around them.
The gg's roll in. Geosquare writes "red wins," Kasper_ adds "hehehe =3," and WowoTabernak asks, "WHO WILL BE THE FINAL TEAM STANDING?" Scoti_Garbidis asks for the death room, and Basket whispers back, "you can do it."
Four left
The match isn't over. The border keeps closing ("Soul Crusher is coming!"), and the last players work out the night. Geckor asks, "waiting for day??" Kasper_ offers "sleep geckor? :p," Geckor asks "got 2 beds?" and Ady67 answers, "we got 1." Then the server posts the count: "End of day 7. Players remaining: Kasper_, Geckor, Ady67 and Geosquare." All four are on the red team.
Following the last four
Morning comes. Basket uses the spectator menu to jump to Geckor and Geosquare and follows two players in diamond armor down a grassy hillside. Kasper_ asks, "geckor, got any pumpkins?" The episode ends there, with Basket spectating and four players still in the match.
