The video opens on an "Aftermath Stream Archive" card dated 6/24/16. Basket is back on the flooded skyscraper map with no food, no weapons and no idea where the next meal is coming from. The plan is to find "SP's base" and borrow some supplies. The rest of the hour shows why that plan mattered.
Diving for a base that isn't there
The stream starts in the water near where the base should be. Basket checks the coordinates, swims the wrong way, turns around, and dives. "I can't see anything." There's no air to be had down there, and the first death screen comes up within four minutes. "Okay. That was fun." With no way into the base, the new plan is to "play the game normal" and hope the base's owner turns up to help.
Starting from nothing
Basket respawns on a rooftop with a chest and stacks of ladders, then breaks into the building below "the old-fashioned way." Most of it is looted, but there's enough wood for a crafting table, an axe and a pickaxe, and a basement turns up torches. There's a spawner nearby, and "you can't put torches on spawners in this." Then a death, and a new rooftop. A chest in the next building holds "a sword. Bane of arthropods."
Between fights, Basket explains the map. It's a flooded ocean world full of decayed buildings. The chests only fill when the world is made. Spawn rates are high, and inside the buildings the water line is a single block thick, so "if you aren't really paying attention, you could be in deep trouble." The Tab list shows only BasketMC and Kyle_V on the PvP world at that point.
The baby zombies
The title tells you how this goes. "Yeah, there's a baby zombie there. I'm going to try to ignore. They're really tough on this one." Then: "Oh God, I think a baby zombie found me. Oh my God, they're everywhere." Basket finds boots in one chest and dies again shortly after. "Just can't stay alive."
A city in the Nether
Looking for a way out, Basket finds a portal and expects a normal Nether. It isn't. "There's cities and stuff in the nether." "Oh God, there's blazes and lava and zombies." "This is not regular vanilla. This is not very safe." Still, a chest there gives up an enchanted sword: "We have a sword now." A little later: "Now we have pants."
Back in the flooded city, the loot gets better. "Oh food, yeah." Then "Name tag!", "get some apples," "oh, coal block," and an "empty map, feather, a hoe." The deaths don't stop, though. One building has "two spawners next to each other." The server chat logs "BasketMC was bitten by Spider" and "BasketMC found out what their terminal velocity was," each followed by "You do not have a bed spawn" and "You wake up in an unfamiliar place." By 50 minutes the death screen has come up at least six times. By then the Tab list shows more company on the PvP world: 1piglet, AuburnLeo and Kyle_V.
An old base and a sign thief
Near the end Basket reaches a rooftop that "looks like an old SP base." It's open and safe, with crafting tables, chests and a sign: "I also stole some wood; don't worry I replanted. -Sign Thief."
"I feel like I've died enough for one session." So Basket heads to the hub, which links the server's worlds, and warps over to technascribe's island on Skyblock.
A tour of technascribe's Skyblock
technascribe is on the island too. There's lots of birch, a pen full of pigs and cows, a "dark room where they wander," and rows of crops. "This base looks really cool." Then one spot turns out to be a player trap. "It's a trap! Technoscribe, I'm stuck." The stream ends on technascribe's farm, and the credits run to the end of the video with no gameplay after them.
