This stream archive runs about an hour and opens on a card reading "Hypermine SMP Stream Archive" and "Caution Floor & Packed Ice", with no episode number, so the number here comes from the playlist. Basket starts under Basket Station, where the destination tokens will drop out of the droppers, slide along ice and get pushed by water toward the engine cart. There's still no ice, but Basket can "get by without it today."
Water in the chutes
Nemsun is already on, and asks in the in-game chat, "Did you get any ice? - I can head to the Biome now and get some." Not yet. So Basket builds the bottom of the chutes in stone brick, pours in water and drops items to see where they end up. They keep moving, and wherever the water runs out, Basket digs the floor down a block so the flow can carry on.
Nemsun reports "LOL, the Rail crossing has been in an accident," and Basket points out the reset button on each side of the track, which clears one token per press.
Packed ice
Then packed ice arrives. "Oh, packed ice is fancy," Basket says. The plan had been regular ice kept in the dark, because packed ice doesn't grow back, but packed ice won't melt. The whole run comes to something like 250 squares, so this delivery won't cover it.
The two water streams meet in the middle, so Basket puts hoppers there. A test with six ingots shows everything lands in the hopper. Basket keeps the walkway down here, since it will lead into the spot where the minecart gets loaded, and lays the first packed ice in the collection area. "This packed ice is lasting quite a bit," though not enough for the whole floor.
A look at the plan
Up top, Basket checks some marker blocks against the model in the creative world. The model shows the whole idea: the button wall, the spot where a train waits before it leaves, and a freight yard underneath where cargo trains pull in and a button sends the whole train up to the main station. The half slabs on the server mark where the powered rail goes.
Rails on the furnace floor
Back on Hypermine, Basket crafts powered rail and lays it straight onto the checkerboard floor, holding shift because the dark tiles are furnaces. It works, but "it looks a little too intense." The area around the tracks needs to look different anyway, to tell people not to stand there unless they're boarding.
Black and yellow
jandoncom joins and starts throwing out ideas in the in-game chat: "Gold block?", then "Black and yellow dotted line." Nemsun adds "hazard warning." Basket tries gold under the rails, then coal blocks, then stripes and a diagonal. jandoncom suggests "dotted lines under the rails, and solid coal in between," then "Maybe gold under the powered rail?" Nemsun says "I got ICE," and jandoncom names Nemsun "the Ice King."
Viewers in the chat vote too, and one sends a pattern that takes Basket a while to decode: stripes with two gold blocks between each black stripe. Basket builds a floor underneath to make the work easier, then lays it out. The verdict: "for now we'll go with this design." It needs more gold, and a fence might go along the edge later. The credits run to the end of the video with no gameplay after them.
