This stream runs about 54 minutes. It opens on a card reading "Hypermine Vanilla VOD" and "Chatty Cobbling" with no episode number, so the number here comes from the playlist. Last stream, Basket noticed "one redstone something that seemed to have some issues" at Basket Station, the big station on the smart rail network. That comes first. The rest of the stream is about cobblestone: emptying it, renaming it and digging more of it.
One item too many
Under the station, a counter checks how many carts are in a train. A single cart should turn off one way, and a longer train should go the other. Basket puts something in a cart, bumps it and watches. It goes straight, which is wrong. The counter "actually has one item more than it should right now," so Basket moves the item. The next single cart comes up the right way and into the sorting. "So that's fixed. It was actually pretty easy."
A second check for empty carts
Carts on the empty line should always be empty, but Basket doesn't want a cart with items reaching the empty-cart storage. So Basket raises the track a few blocks and puts two hoppers under it. A cart that passes with items gives up two and gets one back, and the hoppers slowly build up a small buffer. Then Basket reroutes the line so every empty cart runs through the same emptier, "just to be on the safe side."
Basket primes the new hoppers with cobblestone and sends an empty minecart through. It makes it through and drops off the item.
Clearing and filling the droppers
Next, every dropper in the array under the main floor has to be emptied. Basket finds that powering them all at once pushes everything down, then lays a slow clock across the floor so the signal keeps firing. It lags badly, enough that Basket thinks about leaving it off until after the stream.
To refill them, Basket turns incoming trains toward the sorting area and hooks a hopper line straight into the droppers. "So now with cobble this would just fill up everything with cobble." Someone with spare cobblestone could send chest minecarts of it down the rail line. For now Basket disconnects the feed, "so that somebody else doesn't send mine carts with other stuff."
Tokens at the anvil
There's an anvil close by, so Basket renames stacks of cobblestone into caboose tokens, plus some "garbage" filler. The caboose sorting gets the right tokens, and furnaces go over the hoppers. Upstairs, the engine sorter is still loaded with a gold block and other leftovers. Basket swaps in a row of garbage and fresh engine tokens.
As a test, Basket sends two chest minecarts of cobblestone into the system. They're read as a two-car train, each takes a spot and empties, and a hopper below collects the cobble. "It works out pretty well." The freight yard still has to be built, and its lines aren't powered yet.
Digging for more
The droppers need a lot more cobblestone. Basket would like to borrow some from another player who dug out plenty near the iron farm, and otherwise mine it. While waiting on an answer, Basket heads down to the mining area and digs until the inventory is full.
The stream ends on the game menu. The credits run to the end with no gameplay after them.
