A short one. Basket has been playing a Mage and likes it, but wants to see how the Cleric's healing and potion stuff works. So this episode is a respec and a test run, solo, in the mines.
No class, then Cleric
The episode opens mid-reset. "So now I am without class." This time Basket means to do it right: step on the Cleric pressure plate, push the button, done. Chat confirms it: "You have picked the CLERIC class."
The skills are a floor up, with the Rogue on one side and the Cleric on the other. Basket goes for Heavenly Boon. Hit yourself with a positive splash potion and the effect also goes to other players in a 12 block radius. On top of that, killing an undead mob has a 5% chance to drop a random splash potion. The plan is to collect weak ones, make them better at a brewing stand, and heal anyone nearby when playing with other people.
No more wand as a main weapon, so the inventory gets a shuffle.
The wrong mine
Basket heads for the basic mines, lands at a different one than intended ("that's okay, we'll go here"), and starts torching spawners. The main sword no longer has knockback, which takes getting used to. A weak wand comes along for the push.
Early on, one kill pays out with a splash regeneration potion. Then a skeleton shows up and Basket has the wrong weapon out, plus not many arrows. "That might be all the arrows I even own."
The big one turns up too. "Yeah, the foreman." It dies without dropping a potion. "It's only a five percent chance, so it's not every time."
Simple mines are even tough
The middle stretch gets messy. A second spawner Basket hadn't spotted, creepers near another one, skeletons that keep coming. "Oh my goodness, I'm panicking." And then: "I like doing stuff with groups better."
The helmet breaks. The lucky helmet stays off for the fighting, and Basket admits to forgetting to take it off at one point. There's a nice break when the skeletons start shooting each other. "Simple mines are even tough."
One potion
Basket gets out without a death, but the count isn't great. "We got one potion, and we used two in here." One pickup turns out to be a quest item. Basket also isn't sure the found regen potion even works with Heavenly Boon and plans to test it. The episode ends with Basket grabbing coal blocks off camera and heading back for more Cleric testing.
