We're Gunna Blow Stuff Up: Ragecraft 2 Episode 133

  • Published on

The deaths sidebar opens at Scoti_Garbidis 150 and BasketMC 113. The red wool went in last episode, the boss still hasn't turned up, and Team B.S. has a lot of TNT. "We're gonna blow stuff up."

Blasting the roof

Before the first block goes off, one of them has a worry. They have tunnels running through this castle, and blowing them open would "open up the bad guys to get in," but they don't want to lose that access either. There's also water pouring out at the bottom of a tower that is "gonna make the things not happy," so the other goes down to collect it. "I got my water back."

Then the TNT comes out. The roof turns out to be half slabs and netherrack, and "netherrack is not as resistant." The blocks get set off with blocks of redstone, and the stack in the hotbar shrinks fast. "Catwalk's shmatwalk now, man."

A bedrock box in the middle

The blasting opens up a view down into the fortress. "Oh, there's a bedrock thing. Is that where the wool is?" There's glass in it, and they agree "only one of us has to make the journey." A spawner sits in the way, so it goes first: "I took out the spawner." Somewhere in the blast area there was a sign, which one of them reads out as "Here's a tip on killing the end boss," followed right away by "Oh, I blew up the sign. Never mind."

The plan for getting down is water. One of them rides it down, calls out "this is the wool," and gets knocked out of the stream by a fire arrow on the way back up. Nothing on screen shows a wool being picked up.

Endermen, twice

Down in the dig, one of them reports, "Endermen knocked me off, man." About eight minutes in, chat reads "Scoti_Garbidis was slain by Enderman," and the sidebar ticks to 151. The account comes afterward: some digging out underneath, then a fall into the room "with like a big giant glass thing covering lava pit."

They talk over where things stand. "We've defeated everything except for whatever the unholy arena is." Then it's back for the dropped gear, along the catwalk and down toward "the room where the fire pit" is. A wall with a cross of torches catches someone's eye, poison spiders show up, and so does a group described as a "baby zombie baby pigmen zombie death squad." "If I'd been thinking, I would have thrown an ender pearl."

Dropped items, including a diamond sword, scattered across a room with bookshelves and a chest while fire burns in the foreground, and the chat line "Scoti_Garbidis was slain by Enderman"

It doesn't go well. In the fire room, chat shows "Scoti_Garbidis was slain by Enderman" a second time, and the sidebar moves to 152. "I'm not getting gear, 'cause obviously that armor wasn't good enough." Then: "Things are getting real now... That's me being positive."

Water on the fire, then the library

With no boss in sight, one of them has an idea. "What if we poured water in and put that fire out? Perhaps where we need to go is down inside that fire." There's a tunnel built for it and "a hole right over the fire" to drop TNT through. "I had hoped that maybe he was hiding in the flames, but apparently not." "I wouldn't waste too much more on there, man."

Next stop is a library they haven't done much with. "What is this? This could be a way down." "Looks like it's just a library to me." "Yeah, I think so." The episode ends on a new plan: "Should we go to the other castle?" "Sure."

There's no gameplay after the credits. The sidebar closes at Scoti_Garbidis 152 and BasketMC 113. This episode: Scoti 2 deaths (both "slain by Enderman"), Basket 0. No wool, emerald block or upgrade block is placed.
