Eye of Sekh: Ragecraft 3 Episode 73

Mount Cinis again, and this time the plan is to find the rooms with the goodies. The first one pays off fast: "Oh, there's an emerald. Hey!" The death counter opens at Scoti 53, Basket 43.

TNT heads and a stray pigman

The next room looks easy enough. "There's some skeletons, but the rest is spiders and zombies." Then a creeper turns up right by the door, and the TNT head guys start coming out of a spawner on the left. One of them draws their fire back into the hallway while the other waits with a bow.

There's also a pigman, which nobody can explain. "Why is a pigman here?" The spawners go out one by one. They shoot a block of TNT just to see what happens, and silverfish come out along with a pile of experience.

A secret for those with an eye for details

On the way back to base, one of them remembers a viewer comment saying they should be looking for secret ores, and a janky old ladder looks promising. It leads to a hidden chest with cookies and a secret item.

A chest tooltip for the "Eye of Sekh", a secret item: "For those with an eye for details. This item allows you to zoom."

The Eye of Sekh lets you zoom, at the price of all your speed. They argue briefly about whether to put it back, then take it to the "cool stuff" chest.

Emerald block number five

They have enough emeralds for another block. "You believe we're already in the 70s for the episodes and we only have like seven crystals?" Almost eight, almost halfway.

Scoti stands by the monument as the fifth emerald block goes into its row under the reward chests

"The ancient gods have sent you a present." The reward chest holds a Monster Catcher, a fishing rod with Sharpness V and Knockback II: "Gotta catch them all!" When the hook hits an enemy, it gets caught in a net and takes damage for a few seconds. It ends up in Basket's hotbar, though one of them admits to being "worse with a fishing pole than I am with a bow."

Next is a short debate over upgrades. They have a little more than a stack of iron, and they pick the iron one. "Basic SCAVENGING upgrade has been unlocked." Now every mob kill has a 10% chance of dropping an iron ingot, which should help with armor and repairs.

Flame Bomber Elites

Back at the volcano, the stairs lead up to a ghast spawner sitting over lava. Things go bad quickly. One of them drops down to two hearts and eats two golden apples. The ranged mobs drop Boots of Fire Protection.

Past that are withered mobs, a spawner on a minecart for the little pig mobs, and a pumpkin-headed mob with a sword. "Elder Demon," one of them calls it, and it's hard to fight. The TNT mobs are back too, with a new name.

A TNT-headed mob with the name tag "Flame_Bomber_Elite" comes through a narrow stone doorway

None of this is good for the armor. One of them is down to a shirt that's about to break, and soon there's no chestplate at all. "It was holding me back anyway."

Lots of Imps

The next room has big fireplaces burning on a redstone conveyor belt, and two spawners: one on top of the oven, one to the right. Scoti runs for the back corner to pillar up out of reach and take out the right one. It turns out every mob in the room is an Imp.

Imps crowd a brick room with fireplaces and a redstone conveyor, with the chat line "Scoti_Garbidis was slain by Imp"

"Scoti_Garbidis was slain by Imp." "Yeah, that was not a good idea. All right, I didn't have armor on." The counter closes at Scoti 54, Basket 43. The monument now holds 7 of 16 crystals and 5 of 12 emerald blocks.
