The joke is on them

The book won't open. It's a book, but not a written book. "That's the lame joke." "Nice troll." It does have Knockback, so it stays. "I actually like it though, it's clever." The tooltip is a little more honest about what it's for.

A chest screen with an item tooltip reading "Ienigmaaa's Lame Joke Book", "Knockback VII", "Secret Item" and "Jokes so bad, your enemies will just fly away."

An emerald sits in a chest nearby, and they leave it there for now. Cookies that heal one health at a time get eaten just to make room in the inventory. In the field outside, a witch and a spider spawner keep them busy, and one of them blinds themself with their own potion again. "I'm so good at this game."

Charged creepers and broken potions

Armor is wearing out, so it's back to the anvil before going on. They come into the next part of the ruins at an odd angle, with mobs on both sides, and charged creepers hit hard. "I'm a Scoti in a Scoti hole." The series has apparently been lacking those. Some potions break apart in the chaos, so they split up the rest by tossing them on the ground.

There are spawners everywhere, plus a silverfish problem. One spider spawner is buried deep inside a tree, which takes a while to find. Up on a catwalk past a very tall tree stands a diamond-armored invisible archer with "super knockback bows," next to an emerald. A charged creeper sits on the roof of the emerald building, where gold blocks mark the emeralds. The emerald goes back to the chest from earlier.

Panic potions

Along the way, a quick question about whether creepers count as arthropods turns into trivia: creepers started out as a pig mistake. Then some panic potions turn up. "They make it so you can't do combat, but if you're running away it works out pretty well."

Into the Necropolis

The big dark building ahead is the Necropolis. They don't agree on how to get in. "We have different ideas. This always ends well." One of them ends up in "my own little Scoti tower," and then there's an army of invisible guys. "I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die." Two hearts, mobs still shooting, and one of them gets tracked the whole time they try to heal. Nobody dies, though.

Up top there are two charged creepers and two spawners for the invisible guys. A tunnel holds witch and charged creeper spawners. One side room has a chest with a cool sword and a speed potion.

The spawner that was a trap

A hallway looks like it has just a spawner in it. It doesn't. Mobs drop out of a hole in the ceiling, spiders pour in, and one of them digs a way out while the other hacks at the redstone. Even after that, it keeps triggering. "There's a clock somewhere."

They decide to collect the redstone and stop there. The counter closes where it started, at Scoti 57, Basket 47. The monument isn't shown, so it stays at 8 of 16 crystals and 5 of 12 emerald blocks.
