They start at the top of the stairs above the burning level, with a little gear rebuilt after last time. The counter reads Scoti 67, Basket 64 at the start and Scoti 68, Basket 65 at the end. In between there's a lot of running away.
Attack or retreat
The tempting move is to blitz the room, "but probably we shouldn't because that's how I lost everything." The plan instead is attack or retreat, and to make sure there's a way out, since a lot of the stairs are wrecked. Basket's inventory turns out to still have a water bucket in it. They knock out fires on the way down, block off stairs as mobs path toward them, and run low on blocks almost right away. Then the super creepers show up.
Into the lava pit
The chat says "Scoti_Garbidis was blown up by Blazing Creeper." What looked like a staircase down "was a giant pit of lava," about a 20 block fall. Scoti's pants, some potatoes and a crafting bench land on a ledge below a floor they can't easily get through. One of them pours water down to try to put out the lava, but it doesn't reach the right spot, and the stuff despawns. "Bye, fortune pick." A good bow goes with it.
While they look for a way down, the talk turns to the keys. The guess is that the keys get used at the bottom of the tower they call the Tower of Doom, though "that's not necessarily the case."
The summoner wakes up
They break a window and bridge out, with one person bridging and the other shooting ghasts. Then the chat fills with "[Summoner] Rise up, my minions! Kill the intruder!" and that line keeps coming back for the rest of the episode. Blazes pour out of more spawners. The only magical bow left gets handed over with "just don't lose it."

The first TNT run falls short ("too short, retreat and heal up"), and they run "back to the start" to get far enough away for the crowd to despawn. They find two frost traps between them, grab arrows, and go back in. This time the TNT lands. "You got all but the ones" at the bottom, and the last piece of TNT finishes the job.
Water on the bridge
Basket puts a water bucket down at the end of a narrow bridge, hoping it keeps the mobs on one side. Below them, a spawner turns out to make "guys in gold armor." One of them finds a tunnel with a sign that says "dig up," along with ladders, and it leads close to the front door of the spawner building.
Basket goes down on the stairs: "BasketMC was burnt to a crisp whilst fighting Minion."
An elder summoner
Back in the fight, one of them kills a summoner, but there are two: "there's a summoner and then there's an elder summoner," and it's summoning in more little guys. They lure mobs around a corner, and then comes the better idea: attack from above and drop things on them. They don't know if lava will hurt the elder summoner. The little guys have sat in lava without dying before. Basket pours a lava bucket down through a hole from the tunnel anyway, and fire spreads over the floor below.
"Having non-magical everything is rough." The episode ends with them heading up the big tunnel, still not done with the place. They hope the chaos will be gone by next time. The monument isn't shown, so it stays at 9 of 16 crystals and 6 of 12 emerald blocks.
