They call it themselves at the halfway point: what a derpy episode. It starts at base with an anvil that keeps eating and returning levels, drifts into a long chat about beer, and ends back in the village with a hidden room and a lot of ender pearls.
The anvil fights back
The anvil is in use at last, and the levels come out. Bottles of experience help. Running boots get combined so they keep the plus twenty percent speed. Then things get strange. A book seems to duplicate. A combination is too expensive and gets rejected. RenderXR, you and your rules. Levels vanish, then come back after logging out and in. Chat even shows Scoti_Garbidis leaving the game.
In the end, the cool bow with Knockback III, Punch II, Power I and Infinity is healed up. The big axe gets Sharpness and the Mending book, so it can repair itself in combat. Was that their only Mending book? Yes. Silver Light gets repaired by combining it with old broken iron swords, at 33 or 34 levels, since the iron is all spoken for. Sir derps a lot, the king of the kingdom.
Beer can chicken
Then a long detour. Allergies are bad this morning, everything outside is in overdrive, and one of them mowed yesterday. Dr. Scoti's prescription is a six pack. That turns into beer can chicken, which needed beer in cans, which meant a gas station run for Budweiser. Do not drink Budweiser, anyone watching, it is only good for beer can chicken. Then Bell's Two Hearted, cans versus bottles, and which is better to recycle. Put it down in the comments. They are not sure it will make the cut.
Emeralds 31 and 33
Then it is time to put the emeralds where they belong. They have been sitting on these for a while. Emeralds 31 and 33 go into the chest, and the purple glass goes in its place of honor. They are short on iron and gold blocks for the monument still. That leaves another four emeralds somewhere in Forlorn Legacy, probably hidden inside houses or roofs, and one sealed attic they want to check.
Maybe this is a hint
Back in the village, a chest is named Maybe this is a hint. The hint seems to be the record they played last time, so they play it again. Something opens. Something else does not quite work, because the redstone needs sticky pistons. They dig under the jukebox, find a false floor, a whole hidden room and a chest of goodies, including another Mending book. Another Mending book for me, says one of them. Technically it is his, he argues, since nobody would have known it was there without him. Right, says the other, because I hate that stupid record.
Six hundred pearls
They cross back over the water to the houses they skipped. There are chicken eggs, sticky pistons and an ender pearl. The flame sword keeps setting its owner on fire, especially against skeletons, who then shoot flaming arrows. Someone flips a switch, just because. An Enderman gets hit and stays mad.
One house is a weird block house full of TNT and storage: sand, nether blocks, cobblestone, glass. Good to know if they ever need blocks. It also has a lot of ender pearls. Six hundred pearls, by one estimate. Then the Enderman is back, very mad, and that is the episode.
