A very long episode, live on stream again. They split up to clear the castle towers, find a new axe and an emerald, and keep dropping their gear into the worst room in the building.
TNT on my stuff
It starts with TNT in the middle of the bridge, and they had only the one flint and steel. A creeper spawner goes down, and they work out why things were so bad last time: something is still spawning outside the wall.
Then one of them does exactly what the other said not to do and goes over the ledge, right where they were planning to drop TNT. On my stuff. I feel like we've been here before, he says. That one was my fault. His boots and bow are down there. He gets them back by running in and climbing out over the lava wall, and is very pleased with himself about it. I am so smart.
Two axes
They split up, one going up a tower and one going down. One finds a loot box at the top. Basket comes back with a new axe called the Cyclone Slicer, with Sharpness IV, Knockback II, Looting III and Unbreaking I. Poopinhammer's Axe gets handed to Scoti. You're giving me your garbage, he says.
An emerald in the netherrack
One of the towers turns out to have lava in it, which one of them had just joked would be clever. There is lava. In the middle of the netherrack, there is also an emerald. They wonder if every tower has one, then decide the count would not add up and this is a one-off. The emerald goes back to the chest where they keep the gear.
Four spawners, one TNT
Ghasts keep spawning above, and the slow approach works as long as nobody gets shot off. They attack separate parts of the castle, which is fine on stream, since viewers can watch both. Then the chat reads BasketMC was slain by Zombie, with baby zombies the worst of it.
Down below is a 2x2 block of spawners. One of them breaks a window over the room and drops TNT. All four spawners, gone. Could they drop another one for fun? No. The other one lost his five TNT.
Don't stand there
Next is a room with lava under the floor, where creepers blow out the floor and you fall in. They build along the wall with blocks that will not blow up, of which neither has many. The chat reads Scoti_Garbidis was shot by Skeleton, and later Scoti_Garbidis was blown up by Creeper. Poopinhammer's Axe is not killing stuff, its new owner notes.
The webs
A stairwell leads down to a spawner and a wall of webs, opening onto the area where they died a bunch. Poison spiders pour out. One of them goes down to cut a path, the other asks why, and the answer is that it was a valid reason. Somebody runs into the webs for his stuff. Get my gold boots, if nothing else. He does have his gold boots, it turns out.
At the end, Poopinhammer's Axe is lost, nobody has a pickaxe, the bread is down to half, and someone is wearing a busted gold helmet with Aqua Affinity from who knows where. That's the end of a very, very long episode.
