The maze is done, more or less, and the plan is the next keep. A witch spawner goes down early, someone announces they beat the game, and then checks whether he is actually recording. He is.
Apples and cake
One of them builds a way up and over instead of charging in, so they can be safe. The other is the fast and dangerous type. Witches come from a door above, skeletons shoot from their own side, and someone eats cookies to get through the poison.
Then the loot starts. More food. A cake. A shield, for the one who did not have one. A golden apple each. Put them together, and you've got gold apple. Scoti, of course, has to sing the apple song.
Ring around the rosie
Stairs lead up to a bunch of spawners, and a chest turns up a Bane of Arthropods sword, which should help with all the silverfish. A ladder goes up to what looks like death. It is creepers. One of them runs a ring around the rosie up there, slides back down the ladder, and survives only because of a golden apple, which was hard to even eat.
At the top of another climb is a chest full of splash potions of regeneration. One of them got there by running past everything instead of fighting. It worked for him. Not in team games, says the other. We're a team. Team B.S.
Ender pearls and books
There is a chest of ender pearls, and a balcony they have never reached. They think the map wants them to ender pearl across. More chests give enchanted books, one of them an Infinity book. You should not let me carry these, says the one carrying them. These are so gonna get destroyed.
Baby zombies swarm the stairs. They cheat. Mobs start hitting them through the floor and through corners, spiders sit on top of a spawner so nobody can reach it, and there is lava somewhere loud. A chest of string, zombie flesh, sticks and gunpowder later, they find they have come all the way around to the castle's front door, from the inside.
What a mess
They lose track of where they put the bed. There is a whole room of creepers, the floor is lava, and there is a skeleton too, which is a bad combination. Scoti goes back in after the magic stuff. The chat fills up: Scoti_Garbidis was blown up by Creeper, twice, and slain by Silverfish, twice. He gets down to half a heart.
Why would you run further into the map? Because there were holes in the floor, and he was trying to die where his stuff would not go straight into the lava. It did not work. The Infinity book is gone. They still have a Smite III book. Everything blew up. We lost everything.
It is time to mow and do adult stuff anyway. The good news, one of them points out, is that losing everything leaves plenty of inventory room.
