A short one, still on stream and still deep in the castle. The hallway ahead has zombies, silverfish and witches, and one of them suspects the floor is lava. He is right, eventually.
Fake stairs
The hallway snakes around, and they wish they had Smite swords again. Witches are somewhere nearby, and one of them tracks down a spawner. Then something odd: fake stairs going up. If you break them, the guess goes, it is either a trap or an emerald. It is neither. It is a shortcut to another area they have not been to yet. A creeper spawner down that way gets taken out.
Blocks for torches
A chest by some stairs has potions and ender pearls. Then the supply problem. One of them is out of torches. The other is out of blocks and has been making half slabs to stretch them. So they trade: a stack of torches for some blocks. The plan is to fortify this hallway and find every spawner before anyone goes down the stairs into the badness below. Don't fall down there, because you'll die. We've been here before.
The next stretch is a maze, and a good place to get murdered. They argue about which blocks silverfish can hide in. Can they be in mossy stone brick? One of them is grabbing only mossy stone brick, just in case.
The floor is lava
Arrows are so short that one of them switches to his axe. Then the next room: the floor is lava, and there is a bunch of spiders. The spider spawner goes down. Witches pour into the regular area after someone breaks through, and there is a short argument about whose fault that was. Finally the witch is dead. Ding dong.
What is the point of this place, they wonder. It's very little space. They beat the level, though. There had better be something really cool here, because this is a bad area. Probably not, one says. All the good stuff was in the village, and then they lost it. But we're not going to talk about that.
A chest of cookies
A room full of spawners slopes upward, so there is probably a chest at the top. They block the access, clear the spawners and run in. It is a food chest: cooked chicken, steak, and cookies. Get them cookies. That was almost worth it.
One of them loses his pickaxe, and neither has wood and a crafting bench at the same time. There is obsidian under the chest, maybe so nobody can pillar up through the tower. The stream has to end at 2:30 so one of them can go mow and be an adult. That might have been a short one, but so be it.
