Two emeralds in one episode. The first is behind a brick in the dungeon they thought they'd finished. The second is sitting in a glass case at the bottom of Chillblast Mines, and Scoti gets blown up somewhere in between.
The only cracked brick
The episode opens with one of them knocking out chiseled stones in the dungeon and fully expecting to find nothing. Then: "Oh snap! You found a thing?" "I just found the emerald."
It's on a landing on the stairs, and the tell was "the only cracked stone brick in the entire dungeon." That stings a little, because they'd been told you don't have to dig for the emeralds. Except, it turns out, for number six. Somebody gets put in timeout over it.
Later they explain it to chat: you can download the map and play it yourself, it's good times, "except for Emerald 6, that's a little bit against the rules." One of them appoints themselves the group's emerald hound.
Back to Chillblast Mines
After an inventory sort they go back to the mines, where the lower level was left for later. There's iron down there and a warning about something in the area. They guess creepers.
The spider webs look suspicious. One of them has no sword handy, so the other suggests the bucket of water instead, which works. The TNT lying around is fake, and the coal blocks are everywhere, which one of them likes.
Spawners in strange places
Somebody hits what they call the boom goes the dynamite button. There's a creeper spawner inside the clay, which gives one of them flashbacks to Untold Stories 3. A baby zombie gets told to stay on its own side of the tracks. Then come the spider spawners, left and right in the webs, and a zombie spawner.
Some mobs keep showing up with no spawner in sight. It takes a while, but they work out that the spawners are hidden inside the coal blocks.
A "pretty box" turns out to be a Grand Treasure Chest with a Valkyrie Sword (Smite III, Knockback II, Unbreaking I) and two golden apples. Basket has been swinging the Tune of Affray record, which isn't killing things very fast, and the Smite sword gets saved for the zombies.
Cat party
They're on hard, so the spiders come with strength. On the stairs, one of them announces a cat party: bring your cat and something to share. It goes downhill from there. "No skeletons, no spiders!" Then a creeper, and "I only had half a heart."
The chat line reads "Scoti_Garbidis was blown up by Creeper." Basket gathers up the dropped gear and puts it in a chest while Scoti heads back from the intersection and gets a little lost on the way. "I didn't remember having to go up to go down."
An emerald in a glass case
Further down, Basket finds a chest sitting on emerald blocks inside a green glass case. It's labeled Emerald Chest. "What's up, Emerald? I found it!"
They light up one more spawner, which takes longer than it should. A gold helmet on the ground has Fire Protection III, Unbreaking III and Aqua Affinity, and it's almost broken. They call that layer neutralized.
Both inventories are full again, so the plan is a chest at the top of the stairs for the emerald, the iron and anything else they can't afford to lose. Then it turns out one of them is holding all of the other's arrows, and that's the end of the episode.
