They're still in the fiery level, still looking for the way out, and there's a diamond room they said they'd come back to. Everyone can guess what happens when you mine diamonds in a custom map. It's a short one, and nobody dies.
The diamond room
It starts with a near miss: one of them almost hits a pigman, which after the last few episodes would be a very bad idea. Past another magma cream spawner is the diamond room. "If I can get these diamonds, shine brighter like a diamond. Something tells me this is gonna explode when I start mining these diamonds."
It does. "Oh God, oh God." Then: "Hey, I found it." "Yeah?" "Yeah, it was the diamonds." The chat confirms one of them got something out of it: "Scoti_Garbidis has made the advancement [Diamonds!]." One of them came away with nothing because their inventory was full.
Coal, gravel and a song
The monument still needs a diamond block. "Have we done the diamond block yet?" "Nope." There are enough diamonds around that a Fortune pick would cover it, so that can wait. The explanation for the trap comes in pieces: the wall had diamonds in it, breaking one updated the blocks, and gravel came down. It also looks like the TNT blew up more than it was meant to.
There's coal everywhere. "I can't resist this coal." Someone starts a song about "magic-y spiders, drinkin' the coffee," and there's a quick check on whether to set a safety bed. It isn't night, so they move on.
Charged creepers in the box
The next part is a nether-brick hall with red carpet, flaming pillars and demon faces on the walls. "Like, Greyskull. Skeletor!" The special box up top spawns charged creepers, and they drop sand and TNT. They climb up high, since a creeper will spawn right where you stand unless there's a torch down. One of them doesn't trust the floor at all. "It definitely looks like something that would fall."
A Hexer and a weird skeleton
The next box has "some kind of special guy," a Hexer. "We haven't seen these guys in a map before." It drops an emerald, but a regular one, not a named one, which doesn't make much sense to either of them.
Then a "weird skeleton guy" with all kinds of things on him. He shoots, and the stuff around him is bad news: walking through it gives mining fatigue, weakness and slowness. "What are you doing right now?" "I'm getting murdered." He drops special arrows and books, including Projectile Protection III. Torches don't stop him from spawning, but he drops enough that they decide he's worth keeping. There's also cake.
The next sign
A sign points the way: "Corona Chamber, Em 19-20." Next up is Crying Crystal Redux, with one emerald. There's a button to press together, and it was "right here this whole time." Things go into the ender chest, and they call it a little shorter than normal. Next time is the crystal.
