A short one. They're back in the nether-style level, looking for the way into the next section, and one of them is sure it's in the back left. Sixteen minutes later they still haven't found it, but they leave with a lot of potions.
Circling the walls
The guess is the back left, "because it's like a disaster over there." Maybe it's up high, maybe in the middle. "I'm guessing it's supposed to be obvious wherever it is." The reply: "We always got to blow it open."
They pass a chest they've already done and a spawner nobody has touched yet. Then a pigman spawner, and the rule from Don't Punch Pigmen comes back: don't hit the pigman. A magma cube spawner goes down, and they note a ghast spawner spot worth coming back to. Archers with flaming arrows have spawned in the middle of the pigmen, which is the worst place for them.
A pit and a worry
Along the wall there's an opening and a pit to the right, with a spawner inside it and what looks like only magma cream at the bottom. "I don't think it's over here." The bigger worry is that the way on is back in the jungle and this level is "just a little offshoot," or that it's somewhere below, in a dangerous spot. "I wouldn't put it past being down below, my friend."
One of them grabs a water bucket, then breaks a spawner, and it goes wrong fast. "Where are you? I'm going to die." "I'm down in the death pit," down by where the wool was. The spawners for the "lava guys" are boxed in with iron bars, which at least makes them easy to spot. Then the fire resistance wears off, with blazes around. They get out. "I don't think we want to go down there." "I didn't say I wanted to go down there. I just said I think we need to go down there."
The middle
The middle is the one spot they haven't checked. It has two spawners, blazes and magma cubes, and a chest. One of them works on clearing some of the lava so they can get to it. The chest is "a lot of stuff": brewing gear, a pile of potions, and some dragon's breath, which may or may not be useful.
Die in a good spot
One of them ends up down by the chest with magma cubes all around and calls it: "I'm gonna die." "Die in a good spot." The healing potions that were on the hotbar are gone, but a spot inside something works as cover long enough to heal. "I'm alive." There's still more in the chest, and one of them has no room for it. "I came into this battle with no inventory space."
The spawner on top comes down, and later the blaze spawner too, though one of the spawners is still standing. They leave the extra brewing stands. "We have plenty of those."
Walking away
With about three minutes of fire resistance left, the plan is simple: walk away. Then something hits one of them. "Who's shooting me?" "I didn't do it." Somebody may have hit a pigman, and they hope it isn't mad.
They head back toward the front without the next section. "We'll take some stuff back to base and consider our decisions we've made and rethink our lives."
