The team cards and the "Season One GopherCraft UHC" title roll, and Episode 7 picks up by the chest near spawn, right after last episode's fight. The gold is smelted: "nine more gold, we can make one more apple." Basket's inventory now holds a diamond sword with Sharpness II.
A monument at spawn
Scoti_Garbidis's Head sits in Basket's inventory. One idea is to craft it into an apple. Another idea wins: "Should we save the heads and kind of be respectful and put them on spawn?" The team packs up the anvil and the books and walks over. Oak logs go into the grass at spawn with a head on top of each. "We're gonna get attacked doing this." Nobody attacks, and torches go up beside the posts.
A lava trap at the portal
The Nether portal the team came through stands at spawn too. Anyone who follows them out should get a bad landing, so lava goes into a trench along the base of the portal, and cobblestone goes around the outside "so that they end up falling in."
While they work, chat reads "TopStiGearGaming was shot by Skeleton." The gg lines come from BasketMC, 1minnyE, PsychoSFK and optimus1971, and then TopStiGearGaming leaves the game.
Two more at the building
The team heads out hunting, finds a mushroom forest, and turns back toward the big stone building at spawn. "Heads up," somebody calls, and then, "Two of them." PsychoSFK runs along the wall of the building, and chat reads "pikerize was shot by PsychoSFK," then "TChels was slain by PsychoSFK." Their gear spills across the grass.
TChels types "gg!" and the rest follow. Th3pooka asks in chat, "y is psyco getting the glory out of your team." The loot goes into a large chest, and none of it is enchanted. "They didn't have an enchanting table." There are name tags, snowballs, plain swords and an Aqua Affinity book. TChels's Head goes onto a new post at the monument. By the team's count, one other team is left: 1minnyE, optimus1971 and Th3pooka.
Underground for the night
Night brings zombies, so the team digs straight down next to the monument. Somebody settles who gets the spare golden apple: "You killed three already, so you deserve it." They tunnel sideways, staying shifted, and break into a cave someone has been through already, with torches and half slabs left behind. Basket types "how's it going optimus?" Then Th3pooka earns the achievement We Need to Go Deeper, and optimus1971 types "got to say Im a bit scared Basket."
Watching the portal
Back on the surface at night, the team heads for the portal. "Optimus is up here." A moment later: "He went back in." In chat optimus1971 adds "way to finally join the game," then "sandbagger." The team walls the portal in with cobblestone over the lava and leaves a gap for themselves to get out.
Nobody knows if the other team is stuck in the Nether or waiting. "Or they're just on the other side waiting for us." "140 MINUTES" comes up in the corner, and the credits roll. Basket is alive at spawn with lostinthefort and PsychoSFK, guarding the portal.
