The library takes a break this time. Five players meet at the End portal in the stronghold: Basket, johnfal_92, JJBonsig, LittleSpookie and Scoti_Garbidis. The plan is to kill the Ender Dragon as a group and then go looking for End cities.
Into the End
Before anyone jumps, there's a quick checklist on voice: blocks, ender pearls on the hotbar. If the dragon flings you onto an outer island, "ender pearl to get onto the main thing rather than try the pillar across and die." Then it's a countdown and everyone drops in. The chat lists all five earning "The End?" achievement.
The crystals on the obsidian pillars go first, shot down with bows. The caged ones take longer, and there's a tip for those: ender pearl right up next to the cage. Partway through, the chat reports "Scoti_Garbidis fell from a high place."
The dragon never lands
Once the crystals are gone, everyone starts shooting the dragon. Every hit makes it turn, so with five people on it, it barely gets a chance to land. "Wow, she's easy to hit when you guys keep hitting her." A few arrows find teammates instead, and one player admits to "shooting with a pumpkin on my head." Then the last shot lands and the dragon comes apart in beams of light. "Oh, holy levels."
Through the gateway
The gateway portal opens up above the island. Getting in means throwing an ender pearl into a one-block opening, after someone first clears away water flowing down a hole near it. The group comes out on the outer islands around 1,000 blocks west, builds a bridge to a bigger island, and finds the first End city.
Shulkers are the prize. There's a running joke that anyone who kills one without a Looting III sword is in trouble. The shulkers fire their little orbs, players float up into the air, and the tower stairs turn into parkour. The chests give up a Protection III helmet and a Mending helmet, plus shells: two shells and a chest make a shulker box.
The city costs Scoti_Garbidis another fall: "Scoti_Garbidis fell from a high place" again. The others collect the dropped gear into a shulker box, and Scoti_Garbidis logs off soon after.
The ship and the elytra
The second city comes with an End ship. Rather than pearl across, the group builds a bridge and a tunnel out to it, and an endermite nibbles at one player on the way.
Inside are the dragon head and an elytra. Nobody wants the elytra. "Flying means dying." It goes into the loot chest with everything else, and a loaned sword goes back to Basket: a diamond sword with Smite IV, Looting III and Mending.
The egg
Back through the gateway, the group sets up by the exit portal. The last job is the dragon egg, and since some of the players have never broken one before, one of them gets to do it. The egg goes into the loot box next to the dragon head. "We beat the game."
The video ends on the credits, with no gameplay after them.
