Episode 90 is a windows episode. The inside of Keep Basket grew room by room without much of a plan, and from the outside it shows. Basket spends the stream walking the walls of the keep and its towers, moving windows one block at a time until they line up. johnfal_92 is on the server too, in the in-game chat and in person later on.
Making one wall behave
The first wall has windows of every size. One small window goes, another becomes four wide, and a doorway that opens onto a little balcony over the dining room stays. The result is still off-center, "because of a whole staircase thing," but it follows the pattern, and that's enough for now. Cracked bricks can come later.
Counting stairs
The towers are harder, because their windows sit along winding stairs. Basket counts the gap between them, "one, two, stair," and drops a few windows down a block to match the rest. Glass or iron bars is still undecided. The bars were "just to make them like safer." On the back of the keep, the bedroom windows sit closer together and wider than the others, and the secret passages keep one of them from going four wide. The fix is to shift a whole column over by one on every floor. "From the outside it looks a lot better." The top floor gets no window at all, because Basket doesn't "want people to just break in from the top there."
A creeper in the bedroom
In the chat, johnfal_92 offers: "want me to bring some enderpearls to your chest area?" Not long after, a creeper blows up in the keep bedroom by the bed and tears up the hatch redstone. Basket survives. "Well, that was exciting." The dust and repeaters go back in, minus one repeater that got lost, and the hatch gets tested. "Closed, open, awesome." The floor and birch stairs are rebuilt, and the top area gets more torches until the light level is safe. "I'm so used to not seeing any mobs in the server." johnfal_92 answers in chat, "on it - torches and ender pearls," and later turns up in the keep, where a chest is now stocked with ender pearls.
The kitchen and the stairwell tower
A ladder goes up the back wall so Basket can see the whole side. The kitchen window drops one block and becomes four wide with its stairs flipped, and a bedroom window grows to match its neighbors. On the stairwell tower, Basket punches a hole at every stair landing to see where windows would land, then moves the column over one. "Lining them up is going to be a lot better." A secret room gets a big window too: "I mean, why not?"
Inside the walls
The last stretch is on the secret floor near the top. A small window goes in there to match the floor below, and the loose ends get closed off so the outside doesn't look strange. Ladders fill the gaps, and the signs that hold up the painting doors can double as labels for where each tunnel leads. Basket wants it tight: "I wanted this to be more claustrophobic." All the secret tunnels meet here. "If you're trying to get around inside the castle without taking the regular walkways, this would be sort of your hub." The stream ends there, and the credits run to the end with nothing after them.
