The title card reads "S1E13," with on-screen credits "with Precisi" and "with cainadai." It's night on the hospital roof, where the last episode ended, and the plan is still room by room. "Alright, Basket, you ready to go in there with me?" There's "a nice dirt hole to punch open" in the roof for a peek. "Okay, we got zombies and skeletons."
Five monsters in there
The first room goes badly. The chat fills up fast: "Precisi was overwhelmed by zombies!" "Precisi fell to the hunger of the horde!" "cainadai was overwhelmed by zombies!" Then "BasketMC was overwhelmed by zombies!" and a death screen. "There's, like, five monsters in there."
More holes in the ceiling do the trick. "Alright, this room is safe. We only died one, two, three, four or five times in here." Dropped gear comes back in pieces: "Hey, there's your armor. See, they're bringing your armor out to you." Not every death is a zombie's fault: "I'm so sorry. I did not mean to do that. You walked right as I was digging it away." The chat logs "BasketMC fell to the hunger of the horde!" and Basket gets a second death screen.
A ravine full of graves
Then a new idea comes up on the call. "I sort of feel like I want to get some lava buckets." Somebody knows where there's lava: "It's in a ravine, so it's probably just a couple of falls." Basket crafts a bucket from iron ingots and heads out past the rooftop garden, down through the water and the trees and into a ravine with lava pouring down the walls. The floor by the lava is covered in signs. "Look at all the death signs next to that lava. That's funny."
Basket scoops up lava carefully, with water on hand. cainadai is down there too. The second fall is harder to reach: "I didn't bring any blocks." "I have dirt. We can get over there." Then: "Okay, I got lava."
Burn them all
Back on the roof at night, Basket starts pouring lava through the holes. The first spot lands near someone's dropped gear: "I put it there 'cause I was hoping that it would not burn up your stuff." That hope doesn't last. "Don't worry about the stuff, we'll get more. Let's just burn them all." The chat adds "A creeper blasted Precisi!" Fire spreads through the furniture. "We've got some wool on fire over here." "The bookcases are burning."
"Whoa, that's a lot of lava down there. That's a hospital that got a lot more dangerous." "Oh yeah, two creeper spawners. Or, creeper and a zombie." "Look at 'em burn." One voice warns that this trick has a shelf life: "In the new update, lava is going to flow faster."
Mixed results
By daylight the roof is dotted with lava squares, and the group moves in. In a hidden chest a voice finds "six diamond." A chest Basket opens holds sugar, gunpowder and paper, and then Basket's chat reads "Bed spawn set!" "I set my spawn in the bed in the lava. Oops."
"Man, nothing but lava. Was this a good idea? I don't know now." Another voice defends it: "It kills a bunch of guys and lights up the area." The spawners are still up for debate. One voice is "far less concerned about it, but if you want spawners, that's fine," and there's talk of "eventually some sort of XP grinder."
The last stretch goes wrong. "I'm being shot at." "Now I'm on fire." Basket ends up low on health with rotten flesh in the inventory, and the call asks about a Glistering Melon: "Can I eat that?" The chat reads "Precisi fell into lava." "I have nothing. I have no tools." The episode ends with creepers in the next room: "It's a whole party over here." There is no gameplay after the end card.
