This stream runs about 61 minutes. It opens on a card reading "Hypermine Vanilla VOD" and "My Amazon Echo" with no episode number, so the number here comes from the playlist. The title comes from talk away from the game. In the game, this is a quartz run: the Basket Station mall has been waiting on quartz, so Basket heads into the Nether to dig some up. Basket is the only player on screen.
Packing for the Nether
Basket starts by emptying out at the station, putting things away in chests and the ender chest, and keeps a Fortune pickaxe called "Basket's Blue Fortune." The plan is to mine the quartz with Fortune and then craft it into blocks, which Basket thinks packs tighter than mining it with Silk Touch. Then it's through the portal and down the long tunnel toward the witch farm. Basket wants to get far from the areas already dug out before cutting into the wall. "I should have brought gravel with me."
Quartz turns up almost right away. It might even end up in the mall roof: "glass and quartz and an arc over the top," though Basket isn't sure yet.
Watching the floor
The worry the whole way is a hole that drops into a big abyss or a lava lake. Basket digs down at one point and notes there isn't much floor left below, and a gap opens up right then. "There we go, see, good example." Basket checks the coordinates "just in case I die" and works back up. Surface quartz turns out to be easier to find than digging for it, just more dangerous. By now the haul is "quartz and glowstone."
Torches to mark the way
Basket picks a lower layer to work from and plants a bunch of torches on the floor as a marker for the way back. Then comes a surprise: "Oh, this whole thing is a fortress. That's unfortunate." Basket heads away from it and keeps going. The Fortune plan pays off. With the quartz crafted into blocks as it goes, the inventory isn't filling up nearly as fast as usual. A pigman wanders by. "Hello, pigman."
A ghast and a glowstone test
Fire shows up where there wasn't any. "You shooting at me? I feel like that fire wasn't there before." A little later a ghast floats in close. "I actually saw a ghast for the first time. Hello." Basket pulls out a bow.
A viewer reminds Basket about a test from earlier: does glowstone break faster with Silk Touch, since it breaks like glass? Basket swaps picks and tries. "No, okay, so it's not any faster."
Back to the station
"So we got quite a bit of quartz on this trip." Basket saves a screenshot with the coordinates and follows the tunnel back. In the portal hall a sign reads "BasketVille / Place of things." "Place of things? What?" The quartz goes into chests to wait for next time, and the rest goes back in the inner chest so it doesn't get forgotten. The credits run to the end with no gameplay after them.
