This stream runs about 62 minutes. It opens on a card reading "Hypermine Vanilla SMP Vod" and "Floor Cleanup" with no episode number, so the number here comes from the playlist. The quartz from the last trip is waiting in the chests, and Basket has one goal for it: the holes in the Basket Station mall floor. Basket is the only player on screen.
Holes in the floor
The quartz walkway has gaps all over it, the spots where the sunken lamps sit. Basket crafts pillar blocks and slabs and starts closing them in: pillars along the edges, glass over the lamps, slabs in between. A viewer points out that holes in the floor are bad for business, and Basket agrees, especially by the food court. The first pickaxe is so fast it takes out more than Basket wants, so it gets swapped for a slower one. "Note to self, pick is really strong."
With the lamps covered, Basket pulls the torches and checks the light. The lowest spot on the row reads nine, so the torches can go.
Stairs and railings
Next come the quartz stairs, and the pattern doesn't line up. The ceiling and the column spacing on one side don't match the other, so Basket builds the stairs first and works the pattern around them. There's no light under the stairs, so a redstone lamp goes in there, and the lever for it ends up tucked inside the floor above.
Up top, the stand-in stairs get replaced with quartz, and spruce fence railings go along the edge of the upper floor "so people don't fall off." The railings run out fast, so Basket crafts more than once.
A bridge over the rails
The bigger job is the bridge across the rail lines. It ramps up a little and then goes straight across, three wide, with a lamp built into it. Basket likes it: "Trains can still go through. It's a little bulky, but I like it." Then one block turns out to break a rule. Carts outside the inner workings aren't allowed to climb that steeply. Basket takes the block out. "Now I've unbroken my rules."
For the railing where the bridge meets the stairs, Basket tries two versions and asks the chat which is better. A viewer likes the new one, and that's the one that stays.
Checking the dark
Basket clears the rain and makes it night to see how the lighting holds up. The stairs look a little dark but aren't spawnable. One spot by the stairs is going to get a carpet trick that should keep mobs from coming up. The lamps in the upper floor also show through the ceilings of the store spaces below, so Basket covers them with light gray stained glass, which Basket calls "silver." Whoever builds a store there can take it out. A test shows those lights only reach level four on the floor below, so the stores will need lights of their own.
Where it stands
The stairs down to the future freight yard get blocked off so nobody wanders in. The walkway wall needs finishing, a window, and the arching ceiling, and the stores still have to be built. "But at least there's no holes in the floor." The credits run to the end with no gameplay after them.
