Episode 3 ended at a fence in a side cave. This episode is set in Aurora Valley, a cave valley with water, sand and a lot of creepers, and they spend half of it getting their own stuff back.
Fake sugarcane
The valley is pretty, and one of them stops to take screenshots. There is sand, so TNT is possible later. There is also sugarcane, or something that looks like it. When they break it, it just disappears. It is fake, which they admit is clever, since real sugarcane would have meant paper and books.
Blown up
A zombie spawner sits on a hill, and the creepers keep coming. One of the creepers gets Basket. They never made a bed, so Basket respawns all the way back at the start, and by then it is night.
The other one lights up the area around Basket's gear and waits. The chat is yelling "shortcut," and Basket had forgotten about it and was about to go the long way. A water stream one of them had called annoying is gone now, cleared away by the other as a favor, which makes the climb back harder.
The putting-our-gear-back-on episode
That is what they call it. They get most of it back, the shield included. The cursed leather chestplate came off with the death, and nobody is keen to put it back on. They keep it anyway, since it has Mending and they could use that on an anvil later.
They ask renderXR whether it is going to stay night for good. It isn't; the day and night cycle is normal. One of them turns down the Sharpness weapon, then asks for it back the moment the zombies show up. Take-backsies are allowed. A zombie drops a sword with Smite.
A shortcut and a beat-up house
They take the high ground and find a staircase that turns out to be a shortcut back to the intersection. By their count, that means three emeralds in this area. It also eases a worry from Untold Stories 3, where they kept missing things because there was no direct path.
Up top is a run-down house with a hole in the roof and colored carpet all over the floor. A chest has name tags, bread and an iron bucket, and there is a spawner inside, which they break.
A village of spawners
Further along is a whole village. One of them says it looks like Baskatopia and makes notes on the house designs. The zombies here carry swords, and Hard is hard. Basket picks up slowness and weakness from a zombie.
One house has a spawner and more spiders than they want. Food is down to a single piece of bread. They break the beds to take with them and find a pile of enchanted books, with no anvil yet to use them.
Sand, creepers and one more death
Outside is a flat stretch of sand, so they place torches and blocks as they go. Creeper spawners sit behind them, and the creepers are stuck in the sand up to their necks. A witch drops glowstone dust. One of them hands over five pieces of zombie flesh, which is now dinner.
There are four more houses to search. On the way into one, Scoti is killed by a zombie, and the episode ends there.
