Episode 6 picks up at night on the roof of the high-rise, right where Episode 5 cut out. The video opens on the same "GopherCraft UHC Season 5" title and team cards, with no episode number. The "100 Minutes" roll call still lists ten players, and the green team is somewhere in the building below.
Trouble in the stairwell
"Do not open this door," someone warns. The team works out that the green players are inside, pillaring up the east side, one floor down. A teammate gets ready to pour lava on them. Then a baby zombie sneaks up on one of the team, who has to drop out the bottom of the building and run. Basket's screen stays on the roof the whole time, so the fight itself happens out of view.
Chat tells the rest. "rePeteD was slain by xzosimusx." A row of "gg" lines follows, from Moonwillow92, FriarNurgle, TopStiGearGaming, SodaShaman, Scoti_Garbidis and rePeteD. About half a minute later comes "momofminers was slain by xzosimusx." BasketMC types "gg." momofminers answers with a long "no" and then "bad bad red team bad bad." Basket's teammate has taken out the last two members of the green team. Afterward someone admits the lava never even landed.
Eight left
A few minutes later the Tab list shows eight names still in: TopStiGearGaming, Gopherboy, Moonwillow92, Th3pooka, BasketMC, pikerize, xzosimusx and Scoti_Garbidis. TopStiGearGaming is down to a sliver of health and the last of the blue team. In chat TopStiGearGaming asks "scoti team?" and Scoti_Garbidis replies "how is that Big Mac Top?" The team guesses TopStiGearGaming is hiding in one of the map's many McDonald's. Someone figures the border will close in on that hiding spot soon.
No apples in the tree
Then the team takes stock. One of them has an apple and two gold nuggets, another has four gold ingots, another has one. They need three more ingots, and one of them is getting close to needing a golden apple. Clearing the mob-filled floors below sounds like a bad idea, so they chop down the big tree on the roof instead. "So many leaves, no apples," someone says. The whole tree gives them one apple.
Watching from the top
From the roof they keep an eye on the Nether portal down below, which they think might be trapped on the other side, and on a big building they call the temple. "This could end up being several episodes of everybody looking at the temple waiting for someone to move," a teammate jokes. Later they spot purple team players heading toward the cathedral, where some rooms are lit, and guess that is the purple base. Someone would love to land just one arrow on TopStiGearGaming. As night falls, TopStiGearGaming posts about being on half a heart, adding "But You Cant Touch This :)."
Window shopping
The plan for morning is to go after the cathedral, but first they want apples. So they ride water down the outside of the building in the dark and peek in through the windows. "Let's window shop," someone says. Some rooms are full of skeletons, and the mobs inside track them as they pass. They pick floors, seal off holes and get in. One chest has already been picked over, but someone comes out with two gold ingots and two apples.
The episode ends with Basket at a window on the side of the building at night. TopStiGearGaming asks in chat, "scoti how about you throw an apple my way?" The "120 Minutes" roll call lists the same eight players: TopStiGearGaming, pikerize, BasketMC, xzosimusx, Moonwillow92, Th3pooka, Gopherboy and Scoti_Garbidis. Basket is alive.
