Episode 118 opens on top of a tower at Basket Castle ("this is the guard tower, this is where we left off"), with battlements still to finish. Later there is a long detour to the farm under the ocean, and the last stretch goes into rooms and secret doors inside the northeast tower. Basket is the only player in the game; the in-game chat shows only the server's autosave lines.
Battlements all the way around
Most of this tower can be seen from the harbor, so the battlements go all the way around. They are cobblestone, with drains, stairs, slabs where you can stand, and fences on top of the stairs with torches on the fences. The front of the tower is a different shape, and the count comes out odd, so Basket puts one drain in the middle and counts three blocks over from there. "This is a new design, so I have to kind of think about how I want to do this." It eats a lot of cobblestone and a lot of stairs.
The plan was stairs up to the top on the inside, until Basket remembers there is already a ladder. "Problem solved." Supports go in where the stairs would have been. Then some ender pearls to check it from other angles. One side looks "a little bit extra chunky," but it stays. A look inside turns up a floor with a missing window, noted for later.
A tour of the farm under the ocean
A viewer asks if Basket ever gets tired of the castle. There have been breaks, and one of them was the iron farm, a big tangent that took months. So Basket heads over to show it. It started as a quad iron farm under the ocean "so that it wouldn't be an eyesore," then other farms got built into it.
On top are slime farm platforms. Slimes are meant to fall into a hole onto magma blocks, but they catch on a lip in the walls, so it takes a while. One finally drops, and soon slime balls ride up the item elevator in the middle. Items get sorted into chests set inside the water all the way around the ring. Basket hopes to waterlog signs there in 1.13 to label them.
The big box below is a mob farm. Mobs walk off the edge into water and fall to their deaths, and iron golem farms sit in the corners inside the walls. There is even a hopper line through the Nether that spits items out of a portal, not hooked up to anything yet. Basket credits other players with help on the chests and the digging.
Windows for the kitchen
Back at the castle, Basket restocks and starts on windows in the northeast tower, on the floor that "is gonna eventually be a kitchen for the banquet hall up above." No window goes on the wall against the mountainside. The secret door area stays open, a wall gets pushed over a block, and a doorway becomes a double door.
Talk of falling off the tower leads to the statistics screen. It shows four deaths on this server, two of them from slimes. "Pretty safe."
Rooms and secret doors
On the main entrance level, which has a little balcony, Basket measures a room. It is ten wide, an even number, which makes splitting it into two rooms awkward. In the end: "a big room with one door sounds good." Another room gets a three-wide archway, and a spot that opens to the outside is marked as a possible secret door.
The next floor down is a much bigger space. Walls go up to make rooms, and two of them get marked for secret doors that could someday link to sewers. "I just have to plan that out still." Then the stream ends, and the credits run to the end with no gameplay after them.
