Episode 125 is wall building. Basket had already put up a rough stretch of the city wall around Basketopia off camera, and today's job is to keep it going in stone bricks, around the island and up the hills. Basket is on the server alone.
Ten high, one step at a time
The wall stays about ten blocks high for now. Each new section is set one higher or one lower than the one next to it, so the top follows the ground. Basket calls most of it out as "one higher than that" instead of counting to ten every time, because counting off camera the day before got so repetitive that "it no longer sounded like numbers anymore." Steep drops get smoothed out where they look too sharp, and the top waits until Basket is sure ten is the right height. The plan is battlements along the whole length.
Two towers to remember
At a cove, a stream runs inland. Basket thinks it might be dug out to run under the town, maybe as far as the castle. A big tower will guard the entrance to that waterway, so Basket puts down a few layers of it "just so that we don't forget it's going to be here." A second tower further along gets the same treatment.
How much stone will all this take? "Lots." Basket checks the statistics screen and finds a number around 10,000 stone blocks, though it's hard to tell which column means placed. The climbing also costs plenty of steak to fall damage, Feather Falling boots or not.
A map of the island
Partway through, Basket pulls out a map to show where things are: the island is Basketopia, with the castle on it and the start of the city on the far side of the castle. The wall will go around all of it. This is plain survival with two command blocks, one to skip the night and one so Endermen can't pick up blocks and wreck builds.
A stone run
When the stone bricks run low, Basket sets it to day and heads off past the castle's front gate and through the town to a Nether portal, then down a tunnel to the iron farm. On the way through, Basket shows it off: an item elevator carries drops up to a ring of chests sorted by redstone, slimes and hostile mobs spawn and fall to their deaths, and four iron golem farms sit in the corners. The Nether transport part isn't in use right now. "Eventually in 1.13" Basket hopes to put signs on the chests. After a wrong turn at a set of chests full of poppies, Basket finds the stone, empties a shulker box and heads back.
Over the valley
The last stretch runs over a valley, but the wall doesn't dip into it. Basket wants to dig the valley out so water runs through it, with an arch under the wall to let it pass. Then Basket steps back for a look. A second, outer layer of wall still has to go in, with battlements on top, and the rough edges will get smoothed. The credits run to the end with no gameplay after them.
