Day seven opens with a look at the house. "Oh yeah, that's right, she's still in the dirt box." Witchy Wife is where the last episode left it, boxed into a corner, and Basket has a list of ideas to try. A viewer suggested a wooden beam across the front, and another suggested a porch.
A beam and smaller windows
The beam needs wood, so Basket takes the iron axe to a big tree. "Oh, this is the big tree. Oh, that's right. We'll take it down." The logs are scattered all over the canopy. "These big trees are always hard to find all the logs."
The logs go in as a beam along the front wall. With glass to spare, Basket also swaps out the tops of the windows to make them smaller. "See, that looks better." The same change goes on the side and on the back, "even though it's not visible."
Things for the inside
Basket hangs an item frame with "her favorite flower" in the middle of one wall and adds torches. A second item frame goes above the door with a milk bucket in it, "for emergency cases where she poisons herself." A flower pot goes on a block in the corner, and the jukebox goes in too. The jukebox turns out loud, so Basket turns the volume down in the settings, then down again. "Let's have it real faint."
The porch
Outside, Basket clears the ground in front of the door and builds steps out of birch slabs. "I guess this would be more like a patio." A fence post with a torch on top goes at each side. Through a window, Witchy Wife is still in the corner.
A table and a couch
A fence post with a pressure plate makes a table by one window, with stairs for chairs. The couch needs more room, so Basket uses water and a block to get the witch to scoot farther into the corner. "I feel a little awkward having my supposed wife stuck over there, but that's alright."
The couch is a row of stairs with signs at the ends for armrests. That puts the flower frame too low, so it moves up the wall and the torches move with it.
A stove
"I can't think of what else I'd want inside of a house." A furnace, maybe. Basket smelts some smooth stone first, then remembers a trick for a kitchen range. A detector rail, crafted from iron, redstone and a pressure plate, goes on top of a furnace next to the jukebox. "It's like a stove."
Morning
The rest of the night goes into chopping more trees "so we can be fully prepared for the next episode." Basket also gathers leaves for bushes, because the leaves in this biome look "really, really, really green." The bushes go down next time. Basket also plans to "release my wife from her captivity in the little dirt corner" soon.
By then it's morning. Basket switches to third person for a look at the house. "I really like the way this house has turned out. I really like this porch."
Basket is alive, and Witchy Wife is still boxed in a corner of a furnished house. The credits roll after that, with no gameplay after them.
