This stream picks up the Rock Cruiser C game from the stream before it. The Tektite is already in the Hidden Crystal Worlds, and the commentary sums up the progress so far: "I was able to find the crystal quest, and I was able to unlock the crystal ship." The crew list shows Adnan, Manon, Nekose, Shelton, Rafn, Malott, Magmar and Alex. The ship carries a Crystal H. I, a Burst Laser I, a Flak II and a Swarm, with a Defense I and a Combat II drone. This time the run reaches the end: the Tektite destroys the Rebel Flagship and the victory screen shows a score of 4702.
Leaving the Hidden Crystal Worlds
The beacon map reads Hidden Crystal Worlds, with the Rebel fleet already pressing in from the left. Basket spends the last scrap on drone power so both drones can fly at once. A pirate ship jumps in after the Long-Range Beacon comes back on and goes after a small Crystalline transport. The Tektite attacks the pirate and wins, and the grateful crystal crew hand over a second Heavy Crystal Mark I.
A Crystal Scout picks a fight next. It surrenders, but Basket finishes it anyway. At the store a second Flak II is on the shelf, and the Swarm pays for it. "I'm going to sell the missile thing and keep these." An automated ship with two beam drones and a teleporting bomb falls to the two flak cannons on autofire just before the exit.
Zoltan space and the Great Eye
The jump lands in Sector 7, a Zoltan Controlled Sector. The first ship there uses mind control, so the Tektite fights back with its own. The enemy surrenders, Basket keeps shooting, and it charges its FTL and escapes. "Oh, he got away."
Inside a nebula a Zoltan elder hails the ship from a rogue planet: "you have discovered the Great Eye." Basket pulls the ship in closer. The event text says one of the crew begins to age in reverse and disappears, and the box reads "Alex is gone." The commentary: "I was expecting, like, hull damage, not losing a guy." Human boarders arrive right after, and Basket vents the rooms around them until none are left.
A Mantis Aggressor goes down next. After an automated ship that keeps cloaking (Basket holds the flak until it uncloaks), a Zoltan crew offers a study. Basket declines. Then a Zoltan ship sends boarders over, and the Tektite wins that fight too.
The Rebel Disruptor and The Last Stand
At the exit beacon the scan finds a ruined Federation colony, and Basket goes looking for the Rebel ship. The search doubles the fleet's pursuit for one jump. The Rebel Disruptor hacks the Tektite's piloting. Then it tries to run, but the target panel reads "Enemy FTL Delayed." It offers to surrender. Basket refuses, and the Disruptor is destroyed.
Sector 8 is The Last Stand, and the ship is repaired and given fuel on arrival. A cloaking ship costs the Tektite a drone, a ship full of boarders and another heavy fight wear the hull down, and repair beacons patch it up before the Flagship arrives.
The Rebel Flagship
In the first phase the Flagship cloaks and hacks the Tektite's oxygen. Crew teleport over to wreck the weapon that fires three missiles, and mind control sets its crew against their own ship. Once the Flagship retreats, a fight at the next beacon brings in a little more scrap. The second phase is all drones, and "I don't have any defense against these drones." The hull holds, and the commentary notes "we have a hull repair drone so we can actually fix that up."
The third phase brings an event box: the Flagship has "transferred power to the teleporter as well as... some kind of super weapon." Its big shields come up and boarders keep coming. Basket vents the boarded rooms and powers the Tektite's own mind control to counter the Flagship's. The flak keeps the shields down, and the Flagship breaks apart.
How it ended
The credits thank the Tektite and its crew: Adnan, Manon, Nekose, Shelton, Rafn, Malott and Magmar. The victory screen reads "Congratulations! You've defeated the Rebel Flagship and ensured the victory of the Federation!" with a score of 4702, marked as a new high score. The commentary says the run took three streams. In the hangar the commentary counts up what the run earned: the victory for the Rock Cruiser, a secret section and the unlocked Crystal Cruiser, and the recording ends with the Crystal Cruiser's Bravais on screen. "This is the ship that I'll play next time."
