The server
GopherCraft SMP was a whitelisted, invite-only survival multiplayer server running vanilla Minecraft. Basket's video descriptions say it was owned and operated by GopherCraft and that it opened for the release of Minecraft 1.7.
Season 1 has 13 episodes and two livestreams, uploaded between October 26, 2013 and July 26, 2014, on Minecraft 1.7.2 and 1.7.4, with the last episode on 1.7.10. Most of it follows Basket's own projects: Basket Tower on Mount BasketMC, a Nether hub, an armor shop in spawn, an iron golem farm, an item sorting system, an Ender Ender, farms and a music disc base called Basket's Beats. Other players from the server join in for some of it, including a Christmas gift exchange and an Ender Dragon fight that leaves the healing towers standing. Episode 13 went up five months after Episode 12 and is a prank, the King of Pig Island, which opens with footage of an unfinished prank from the Inversion Server.
Season 2 is a new world on Minecraft 1.8, with city plots at spawn. It has two episodes, uploaded on September 27 and November 24, 2014.
How it ended
Season 1 ends with the King of Pig Island prank armed but not yet sprung. Season 2's second episode, uploaded on November 24, 2014, is the last: Basket finds that Sayulily has covered Basket's city plot with a sandstone temple, with a signed book inside and a pile of gold blocks underneath, and the episode closes outside the dirt shop at spawn.

BasketMC, pikerize, lostinthefort, Sayulily, Scoti_Garbidis, optimus1971 and Gopherboy play The Building Game, a minigame map that works like the telephone game: each player writes a prompt, the next builds it, the next guesses what the build is, and so on. Basket's first build is a wheel of cheese, and the video ends with the group touring every chain of builds to see how far each idea drifted.
